Got Phthalates? The buzz around the safety of air fresheners is picking up steam with the latest article on CNN/Time. The article discusses something called phthalates that can cause cancer in certain concentrations among other issues and are in many air fresheners. The NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) conducted a study which was the basis for the CNN article. They have 1.2 million members and are a non-profit group of scientists and environmentalists who are focused on the public health and environment. The odor sprays that we have developed do not contain any phthalates and are eco-friendly in that they are bio-degradable, non-toxic and recyclable. Our patented technology is based on a totally different concept which clears the air of odors by turning them into odorless non-volatile solids (like dirt) on contact. |
