In our response, you will receive a Return Authorization number, which is required to return or exchange your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging or they will be refused. A 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds. If the item being returned has a manufacturing defect, a replacement will of course be free of charge.
